Buffalo Jr Sabres Player Commits to Western Michigan
T1EHL congratulates Buffalo Jr Sabres 16U player Brady Zugec on his commitment to Western Michigan University!
Zugec, a 6’1″, 181 lb. forward from Geneva, NY, finished off a strong year with the team. He was a key player in leading the team to the state finals. Zugec finished the season with 28 goals and 47 assists for a total of 75 points.
“Brady became a dominate player in his two seasons with the Jr. Sabres,” said Jr. Sabres Coach Polino. “The strides he took this year in improving his skating, along with his size, strength and compete was tremendous. It was only a matter of time when a college offer would come his way.”
Zugec tendered with the Northeast Generals in the NAHL earlier this year, while most recently made the 30 man roster in Green Bay of the USHL for next season.
“I am excited and honored to announce my commitment to play Division 1 hockey at Western Michigan University. I would like to thank my family, friends, coaches and advisor.
T1EHL is proud of all of its players who continue to advance in the ranks of hockey. Where can you go from here? Everywhere.
