Belle Tire Triumphs Over Milwaukee Jr Admirals in Connor Division Championship

In an electrifying showdown for the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League 13O Connor Division championship, Belle Tire defeated the Milwaukee Jr Admirals 4-1 at Tittle Brothers Construction Arena on December 8. The victory was a testament to Belle Tire’s teamwork and resilience under pressure.

The game began with a defensive standoff until Belle Tire’s Ben Kastamo (#44) broke through with a goal late in the first period, giving his team the early lead. Liam McElroy (#22) doubled the advantage just minutes later, sending Belle Tire into the second period with a commanding 2-0 lead.

Belle Tire kept on with relentless pressure. Ted Wiitanen (#10) put one in to give a three-goal cushion with a perfectly executed play, assisted by Hank Kastamo (#77) and Kirby Anderson (#9). Cooper Anderson (#82) sealed the fourth goal, cementing Belle Tire’s dominance. The Milwaukee Jr Admirals’ Caden Anderson (#20) capitalized on a setup by Jasper Amos (#24), cutting the deficit to 4-1 late in the third period, but it was too late to mount a comeback.

Belle Tire’s goaltender Liam Spadafore (#79) stood tall in the crease, turning aside 23 of 24 shots, while the Admirals’ Nolan Schmidt (#33) faced a barrage of 26 shots from Belle Tire’s high-powered offense.

Despite a physical game on both sides, Belle Tire maintained composure and executed their strategy to perfection. With this decisive win, Belle Tire claimed the Connor Division title and concluded their season on a high note.
